Edible Cocktails
& some other press from the weekend.

This weekend I was pleased to find out I was being featured on the Guardians
‘Word of Mouth’ blog for the Edible cocktails I serve and did a cook book of, and then also was featured on the cover of The Independent with my modernised nut roast recipe inside.

You can read the Guardian piece
HERE.
It covers edible cocktails made by myself and a number of other chefs. I serve a couple of these small dishes inspired by cocktails or alcohol at the start of my tasting menu. I also produced and ebook focused on Edible Cocktails (more info
HERE).

Please note - the books are large files (between 700mb and 900mb each), it may take some time for each to download and open as they contain many images, please be patient.

IT IS BEST TO DOWNLOAD THE PDF TO A COMPUTER FIRST THEN TRANSFER IT TO ANY PORTABLE DEVISE AS IT IS A LARGE FILE

You can re-download your copy of the book up to 3 times.

I hope you enjoy the books and keep a look out for more coming soon.

Podcast Interview

http://www.mylifeasafoodie.com/2011/01/21/episode-70/

Follow the link to listen to an interview I did with the fantastic podcast ‘My Life as a Foodie’.

We focus on ‘molecular gastronomy’ and vegetarian food but also manage to seamlessly get beer, music and the joys of Manchester into the conversation (good work I reckon!).

Phil, the creator of ‘My Life as a Foodie’, is a truly great bloke and was a joy to speak to and get to know. Please do check out his excellent, hugely enjoyable blog and podcasts.

Cheers

Eddie
